Construction Claims Representative

We are a construction based company in Sacramento and the Central Valley . We are currently looking for Customer Service Claims Representatives in Santa Rosa & Petaluma in the residential homebuilding industry in behalf of builders to interface with trade partners and homeowners to inspect, schedule and complete homeowner warranty claims.

Job Description:

The duties of the Customer Service Representative (CSR) will be managing home warranty claims for 2-3 residential communities. The home warranty claims will cover issues that arise with the first 18mos of occupancy to include: scheduling subcontractors, managing and ultimately completing each claim to a level of satisfaction from the homeowner. There is a high emphasis on the closing survey score that is completed by the homeowner on their homebuying and overall customer service experience.  

Responsibilities:

• Management of warranty claims with high level of customer satisfaction
• Maintain strong communication and excellent follow up skills
• Highly organized 
• Ability to pass a background check
• Must have a vehicle and a valid driver's license
• Conduct follow-up visits with the homeowner to completion of work order/claim
• Provide excellent customer service through warranty service and administration, under trying circumstances at times
• Schedule subcontractors for completion of work
• Work closely with and hold subcontractors accountable for any substandard work and quality repairs
• Maintains customer satisfaction thru life of claim
• A high degree of computer experience
• Ability to work in a busy, sometimes demanding, environment

Education: No Requirements
